Community Room Use Policy

Mission/Values Statement:

The PFC Community Room is a comfortable place for groups to gather and we want to make it available to any and all who would appreciate and care for such a space.   We are especially happy to offer the space to groups whose focus falls into one or more of the following categories.

  • Environment and Sustainability
  • Agriculture
  • Health and Wellness
  • Food Security and Self Sufficience
  • Community Building
  • Education
  • Conscious Consumption and Living

However, the room may also be available for private gatherings and non-profit groups as well as those more partisan in nature.

The room is not available for product sales or promotions other than those that are available at Placerville Food Co-op.

If you will be conducting a class or meeting that incurs a monetary charge to attendees, we ask that you would be willing to allow 1 or 2 co-op employees to attend free of charge.

A minimum of 72 hours advance request is needed to reserve the room.  If you have more than one event to schedule, they can be done at the same time under the same agreement.

Weekly recurring classes will only be scheduled on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm.
